IT毕业生如何移民澳大利亚?

　　能够申请独立技术移民(189签证)的IT移民职业共有6个,分别是:

　　1.分析程序员 Analyst programmer (ANZSCO:261311)

　　2.计算机网络及系统工程师 Computer Network and Systems Engineer (ANZSCO:263111)

　　3.开发程序员 Developer programmer (ANZSCO:261312)

　　4.ICT 商业分析师 ICT business analyst (ANZSCO:261111)

　　5.软件工程师 Software engineer (ANZSCO:261313)

　　6.系统分析师 Systems analyst (ANZSCO:261112)

　　以上六个职业由澳大利亚计算机协会(Australia Computer Society)负责进行职业评估，ACS对拥有澳洲学历的申请人有特殊优惠只要一年工作经验就完成最后的评估，澳洲工作一年还可以加5分移民分，但是对于非澳洲学历持有人的计算机工作经验则要倒扣2年，比如海外工作经验5年只被认可为3年，而且海外认可的工作经验3年也只有5分。这对工作时间较短并且没有澳洲学历的申请人来说十分不利, 所以说澳洲大学的IT毕业生有着相当大的竞争优势。

　　1.先说 ICT business analyst 261111，让我们看下统计局对这个专业的解释：Identifies and communicates with users to formulate and produce a requirements specification to create system and software solutions.

　　一般情况下， 如果你是学的商业信息专业，不管是本科还是硕士，基本都可以评估到这个职业。可以适用的课程如下:

　　RMIT 的Bachelor of Business (Business Information System),

　　Monash 的Bachelor of Business Information Systems和Master of Business Information Systems

　　Deakin 的Bachelor of Business Information Systems和Master of Information Systems

　　2. 再说下Systems analyst 261112，让我们看下统计局对这个专业的解释：Evaluates processes and methods used in existing ICT systems, proposes modifications, additional system components or new systems to meet user needs as expressed in specifications and other documentation.

　　根据成功案例来看，这个职业是接受专业最多的，如果你的本科和硕士课程基本是符合系统分析，不管是网络安全分析还是数据分析，基本都能拿到这个评估。可以适用的课程如下：

　　RMIT 的Bachelor of Information Technology (Web Systems)，Bachelor of Information Technology (System Administration)，Master of Applied Science (Information Technology)，Master of Applied Science (Information Security and Assurance)等。

　　MONASH 的Bachelor of Information Technology and Systems和Master of Applied Information Technology

　　Melbourne University 的 Master of Information Technology

　　3.Analyst programmer 261311是我们认为比较难评估的职业，统计局对这个专业的解释：Analyses user needs, produces requirements documentation and system plans, and encodes, tests, debugs, maintains and documents programs and applications.

　　4. Developer programmer 261312，统计局解释为：Interprets specifications, technical designs and flow charts, builds, maintains and modifies the code for software applications, constructs technical specifications from a business functional model, and tests and writes technical documentation. 根据成功案例来看，如果你的本科和硕士大部分课程基本是编程，这个评估职业比较适合你。可以适用的课程举例如下：

　　RMIT的 Bachelor of Information Technology (Application Programming)，Bachelor of Information Technology (Network Programming), Master of Information Technology

　　MONASH的 Master of Information Technology.

　　UNSW的 Master of Information Technology.

　　5. Software engineer 261313。现在只要你在澳洲学的本科或者硕士是属于软件工程都可以评估，对广大硕士生来说，省了不少烦心事!

　　先看下统计局解释：Specifies, develops and writes test plans and test scripts, produces test cases, carries out regression testing, and uses automated test software applications to test the behaviour, functionality and integrity of computer software, and documents the results of tests in defect reports and related documentation。可以适用的课程如下：

　　UNSW, RMIT, MONASH, ANU等的Bachelor of Software Engineering

　　Melbourne University 的Master of Software Systems Engineering

　　基本给大家介绍了下，当然还有很多没下的评估在等，大家肯定有些疑问，比如学的同一个专业为什么对两个评估都适用呢?我们解释为ACS最终的评估还是根据你的课程来评估，比如两个学生都是学的MASTER OF COMPUTER SCIENCE，但是评估的却一个是System Analyst，一个是Analyst Programmer， 这个很大程度上取决于他们选的课程，更偏向于哪个方面。再举个例子，我们知道澳大利亚大学的IT课程选课比较多，同为MONASH的MASTER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY， 评估的结果却是A同学Developer programmer， B同学System Analyst，这个是因为A同学选课的时候编程比较多些， B同学却是系统分析比较多些。
